Social Media Manager – B2B Financial Publishing / Subscriptions – New York City, USA

This is a hybrid role, with c3 days in the New York City office per week.

Salary is up to $90k Basic and strong benefits on top.

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Social Media Manager to join our our B2B Financial Publishing client’s New York team. In this role, you will take ownership of corporate social media presence across multiple B2B brands within the company.

You’ll be one of two dedicated social media specialists, responsible for growing brand visibility, enhancing audience engagement, and supporting revenue-driving initiatives.

Required Experience & Skills:

•3+ years of experience in B2B social media, content marketing, or digital strategy

•Deep understanding of platforms like LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging B2B channels

•Strong writing and storytelling skills tailored to professional audiences

•Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, or Oktopost

•Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration, especially with editorial teams

•Ability to adapt quickly to trends and innovate with new content formats

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and implement multi-brand social strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.

•Manage content calendars and publishing across platforms like LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Instagram.

•Align messaging with editorial, marketing, and business goals.

•Create and curate high-quality, brand-aligned content for corporate social channels.

•Partner with editorial teams to amplify thought leadership and market insights.

•Use multimedia formats—graphics, video, infographics—to increase engagement.

•Monitor industry trends and join relevant conversations to grow visibility.

•Encourage internal editorial contributors to amplify content on their personal channels.

•Work cross-functionally to promote reports, events, and partnerships.

•Track KPIs including reach, engagement, traffic, and lead conversions.

•Use insights to refine content strategies and boost impact.

•Produce monthly performance reports with actionable takeaways.
